Technically it doesn't.
From multiple boards I've been watching over the last few years though their is a belief the share price will soon not reflect full value of a consolidation. Psychological factors I guess - certainly not rational.

Time will tell I guess.... And as I said I can sure see why it needs to happen with the current SOI. I'm just a bit fed up with the continual blergh from MOD, is all. When is good news week happening? Hopefully from T1 drilling results soon...
