No mate, you might be slightly off track there with lithium. It is not wholly and solely about an EV thematic here. The thematic is the new battery and energy storage revolution underway. EVs are only part of the story. Yes a large chapter, but there are many chapters in a potentially very large book here.

Anyway, back on topic. NST's business and management strength in achieving great fundamental results from acquiring, building and operating Tier 1 assets feeds into the new wave behind the irrational strength of stock markets around the world. That strength being the self feeding momentum and upward trend in passive investment via various managed funds and index tracking vehicles like ETFs. NST's good performance has seen a steady accumulation of it's stock into these funds, thus strong buyer demand.

I just feel that market paradigms are being broken, reshaped and rebuilt on the go every few months or so. It is like dancing to the never ending tune. But we all know that the music has to stop sooner or later. God knows when, but I do expect the POG to be a beneficiary when that music stops. Thus good quality goldies are a must in one's portfolio as a form of hedge for the days after the music stops. Just don't panic when the time comes.
