Hi, all, IMO! Not the best outcome in the world but I think it indicates the CHZ probably recognise how difficult it will be to successfully prospect in the area blanketed by cover. Clearly they have limited funds . Epithermal gold lodes,of very limited size, as these appear to be, would be an absolute bastard to find. I think that CHZ probably don't consider that the price of gold is going any where fast and have thrown in the towel! (A bird in the hand IMO!) I would have thought the resource they have would have been worth more than 20 cents per share, obviously they don't think it is. ( I assume there is no underhand dealings ?).Of course the "deal" is not a certainty but whatever it hasn't enhanced CHZ's fortunes. I'm out! BOLTA!
