Exactly my thoughts Varuka. I'll be voting No unless there is some promotion put into how this actually benefits us (aside from the obvious one which they won't say which is the departure of the current failed leadership but that's not a growth strategy of itself).
As for the company, note that even our announcement was poor! BSP got a better announcement than we did... more evidence of the poor leadership.
Based on what was written, HOG will continue to exist, but as a shell company with no assets. You would also continue to hold your shares in it. Like all shell companies, it can meander on indefinitely as long as it continues to pay its fees and have enough in the kitty, likely doing nothing and at negligible value for some time (except "looking for appropriate opportunities").
