I would be interested to have this expalined as well and actually would be happy to take the 0.112c per share as I had already assumed that they where at best a tax right off.
Will we, the other share holders be offered the chance to sell our shares or do we get pushed into the newly restructured company, stage 2
It is a strange time but it appears that the company has some value and deals are being done
