Hit the ignite switch ( talk about NPV value from X wells over X years to divert attention while you consolidate)
Once flame is on , allow BBQ to heat up for a few minutes ( announce trading halt and size of placement and few 100k to raise 2-3 million )
Put meat on BBQ and announce a little more BS ( welcome new shareholders and existing ones silly enough to top up )

Go quiet while you slowly drain the cash balance through salaries and associated parties payments .
