We have never seen the actual document that was purported to value Priority One shares at 30 cents, and presumably now we never shall.
TTV was expecting Priority One to list on ASX by 30th June.
Such an early date was not the prevailing view over at GCN discussions.
It looks to me as if TTV and Priority One are putting a brave face on something that has gone wrong.
I would have been laughed out of court if I had suggested, over at GCN threads, that the reason for the trading halt was that TTV was going to take over Priority One.
