Hmmm,

I don't like it and this is why ;-

1) TTV were supposed to getting $$$$ from these guys prioer to them floating... this appears to have been abandoned.
2) So why abandon the floating of Priority One... could they not sell it? Could they not get the money to pay TTV as well?
3) In effect Priority One is floating via taking over TTV....
4) I'll be steering clear until well after the dust has settled.

Happy to be corrected but the valuations seem to be optimistic in light of the no money from Priority One, and no floating of Priority One. Desperation rather than synergy in my view.
