I didn't invent the idea of it being takeover.
In fact today's announcement calls a spade a spade:
"In accordance with the LOI, Two Way intends to make an off-market takeover bid for 100% of Priority One’s shares in an all scrip deal (“the Offer”)."
Doesn't mean that they can't work together, but if TTV is prepared to call it a takeover then it is a takeover, so far as I am concerned.
