DDT has been a dog for years, it has been run into the ground. there is no innovation, no new clients, no new products, no sales people globally, it is run by lawyers and accountants, it once had promise but not now. the new board will feature 3 current DDT directors, same directors and management which have killed old DDT over the years. How Beston ever fell for this is something for the ages. DDT once had a market cap of $55M under old management, now, just $3M, says a lot. This deal to DDT is another way of the old school directors keeping their noses in the trough.
