1c purchase, exercisable at 20c.... If they needed cash they would have just CR so this is clearly just enabling holders to stock up on oppies now whilst the price is so low, smart play, extremely good RvR on any entitlement taken up, just demonstrates 'smart money' at play and taking advantage of the current SP, well played, all IMO.
