Prairie Mining Limited debut on Warsaw Stock Exchange

Debut on the Warsaw Stock Exchange in the next few days. Prairie Mining Limited is an exploration and production company intending to build a mine in Lublin Coal Basin.

British financial supervision (FCA) has approved the prospectus Prairie Mining Limited (PML). The document was notified to the Financial Supervision Commission in Poland. In parallel, the shares shall be traded on two other exchanges - in Sydney (ASX) and London (LSE).

PML is a company carries out exploration and production project in the Lublin Coal Basin. He completed the reconnaissance program. The geological documentation prepared by the company was approved by the Minister of the Environment. Thus, PML received priority in applying for a production license. Documents required to obtain it, the company plans to submit to the Ministry of Environment in 2016.

The total coal reserves in the deposit Lublin estimated in accordance with international standards (JORC) amount to 722 million tons, including in the category reported 333 million tonnes. The planned annual output of commercial coal will reach 6 million tons.

PML believes that the Lublin mine will be mined at the lowest cost in Europe, making it competitive with coal tender competition.

The total investment of the Lublin project are estimated at 684 million dollars. Direct employment in the new mine will find up to 2 000 people. It is estimated that thanks to the development of the mine will create an additional 10 thousand. jobs.
