Unfortunately to date their involvement has produced nil strategic value for this company, only benefiting the curtaineer in IP transfer to them at no $consideration.
Have they paid HLS any money for the time taken out of management to talk to them about running a healthcare business?
I would not be surprised if holding is levered and catastrophic fall in HLS’ share price is placing them under liquidity stress.
Unfortunately to date their involvement has produced nil...
