As i see it this investment could go either of two ways: 1.This is the shell that will be used to obtain a backdoor lising of a private company which SBN will invest in. 2.OMI appeared to be a successful company with various medical patents and then subsequently and unexpectedly lost an IP dispute which finally sent the company broke.SBN investment mentions patents and continuing operations which could mean re starting the OMI business.
I always thought that it would be the SBN shell would have been used for a backdoor listing but this does not seem to be the case.The recent buying of SBN shares by Jason Peterson/Celtic Capital has me intrigued as has the SBN investment in SAY[now completing a capital raising].
One last thought could it be that the SBN drug detection patents be merged into the OMI patents and business.OMI has established distribution network around the world as well as a Chinese manufacturer.Really just thinking out aloud.
