I think it is a fair concern, to answer the paying account question, I believe it does include the international paying accounts, as they previously announced that out of 30k paying accounts, there were 5k through the Asian Telco.
The international paying accounts will have less income than Aus/Nz accounts
IMO, the timeframe is only up to December 2018. It is very aggressive expansion which tripled the paying accounts in just one year.
The employee options is to encourage the employees and attract the good people to work for the company.
