Great strategy. No shareholder dilution and no giving away half the project to a farminee. Gwydion has known oil reserves previously discovered by BHP, so it's there and proceeds from the flow test sales from Gwydion will be applied as a means to repay debt funding. Brilliant. This leaves Idris, which is the main event, as 100% owned and fully funded. Lock this funding in and it's game on.
