CHN are doing this in the hope all or most entitled shareholders "Reinvest" their "FREE" money back into the company driving the share price up on volume....10.7 million is 71 million shares at 0.15c or 53.5 million at 0.20c - huge volume from what has been traded in the last 12 months - last oct 17 was the last time CHN Traded over 2 million shares in a day SO given that shareholders receive the money for nothing won't really matter what price they pay especially with some good "Spin magic in drill results" around the time the money is distributed (Timing will be the key) all to "Set the imagination alight" and the increased volume from existing holders and new investors will do the rest - all IMO and DYOR......

Then while keeping the fire alight with something like we are onto something big they can proceed with a CR at a much higher price and the praise will keep flowing because of the free gift recently received.....Happy to hear others opinion's on why they are doing this
