Collecting directors fees (particularly retrospectively) is a disgrace - particularly when your company has been so severely underperforming. Like I said about a year or more ago, issue yourself performance stock instead and benefit when shareholders benefit. Align everyone's interests. Why would anyone participate in a rights issue if there is a real risk this money may be used to pay past directors' fees? We all know market conditions are tough but the lack of communication and uncertainty of what capital ultimately will be used for makes it difficult to see why anyone would invest. Where is the medium term plan? Where is the larger strategy? What is going on today? ....
