regardless an 18 months escrow is the right thing to do, and in 18 months time we can then revisit whether or not this is expensive...
Giles & Barlow appear to have an obvious vested interest to ensure the whole WFM package works, and if they develop the IP behind it, or components thereof, then they 100% deserve to be rewarded handsomely if WFM succeeds! Last time I checked my parasitic shareholding did not require me to do any heavy lifting!! Thank heavens because I don't know the difference between COBOL and Cobolt, and the last time I had to manipulate Java was this morning in my coffee cup!
