re: Ann: Proposed Acquisition of Unconvention... Asteroider, I spoke to a mate who closely follows this stock and asked the company secretary about it. Apparently that GSCO nominees account is made up of lots of different holders and as long as one of those holders don't hold more than 5%, they can sell down without issuing a notice. Hope it clears it up.
