While I agree scheme of arrangements often are used to flush out bidders, I do not think it counts in this case, as crusader is getting a generous amount of Stratexs cash. It seems a great deal for Crusader, effectively a rights issue at a huge premium,. If anything, the risk is that it flushes out a bidder for Stratex.
