Just a thought. It read the deal values CAS at 18c , not that you can get 18c for it, I think. So if people buy up CAS up to , say 17c, I think they will still only get 6.60 Stratex shares valued at 1pence for each CAS.
So, I dont know how trading will fare in the meantime as they do Due Diligence.
I think they should have just bought the CAS shares outright for 18c and done with it.
And take no note of anything I said.... I'm probably wrong
