I've made a few inquiries and sometimes companies do offer to buy back shares. When they do, they do not necessarily buy back at the market rate; they can buy back at any rate they choose. Im new to all this here but Is it worth considering voting against delisting, hopefully until the company offers to buy back shares at the rate we bought them for? Regardless of the likelihood of this, I still think its worth voting against.
