yeah i agree..i just read the letter. it seems they are biting off more than they can chew. multiple disappointments over a period of time and now they want to delist. have lost so much money on these losers! they could have atleast offered to buy back the shares. even their statement to list with NSX is not guaranteed as they say themselves. ITs clear we should defy vote a big hairy resounding NO to delisting!!
