Approximately 50% of A1 Gold shares and options received by Octagonal to be distributed to Octagonal shareholders on a pro rata basis....

So originally one would have received 1 AYC share for every 2.9 ORS shares + 1 AYCO for every 8.8 ORS shares held(am using current amount of shares listed) ... and at that time ORS still had a healthy cash balance so likely if divided up be least worth another 1c per share in cash/W.A asset ......and still have 50% of the AYC/AYCO to divie up so really more like 1 AYC share for every 1.45 ORS 1 AYCO for every 4.4 ORS + cash
