It's 5x EBITDA ultimately if they reach the targets (85 sales in 15months) still a good price IMO. A fair bit of dilution will occur though almost 100 million in shares added to the register once the deal is through. 75 million convertible notes in the capital raising and another 24 million all up in the acquisition.
