What worries me g41 is that the Melbourne SthnnCross towers were sold 33% over their current valuation. Valuations can be a very arbitrary number and with the Sydney Office market so hot they may not actually represent sale value.
I also find the dividend being deducted a bit rich. No doubt this will be their token uplift to get the deal over the line. Shall be interesting to see as they are the best property managers around and no doubt all shareholders have done very well investing alongside them.
