    Reported "Due Diligence on the proposed acquisition of Prometheus is progressing well, with no major issues identified to date."

    So as a result they have recieved funding and also funded promethius via a loan... seems like a win for all directors involved.. though the underwriting agreement may be in doubt given the agreed use of funds. The June AGM should be intereesting
