Not sure how all this works, however if Young is abstaining from vote, and all the other top ten voted for the agreement they would be under majority ONLY if all smaller holders voted against.
Not a great outcome, They keep bragging about pipelines of projects and then decide to sell out to some sham company for a pittance??
