if the facts upset the holders then it's baiting or some other reason...when the real reason is that the truth hurts..and HC also needs to sell advertising on the boards, so don't bag the company out too much even if it's true you'll still get modded..
As for defamation i'm pretty sure you can't defame a company so try to keep it to the company and not personalities.
