I was also a little surprised at the number and I did wonder whether it was taken out of context and mentioned as the figure for the 1.5+1.5 in an article that was only considering the first train.
I absolutely agree that it makes them more independent. This adds value irrespective of the path.
Debt has got to be part of that mix I reckon.
I also wonder how much value a small 'trial' Shell project for CSG LNG could add in developing a more significant project?
