Fleetwood continue to pay high dividends, 7% at a price of $9.50 a share. The company does rely on shareholders re-investing dividends, supported by directors, to maintain this level of payout.
Company is well run, note comments in The Bull's report, and remain good value in a growing sector in Australia and New Zealand.
