I wonder whether the influence of Mr Sia on the board and his influence and money may be a factor. His influence and contacts and track record may be a little bit of power playing here... I wouldn't be surprised if Mr Sia comes to the rescue and this may have been in the offin for a while... Sia gets his board seat and then makes direct investment in to % of project, not company. Although he has his own holdings of company too...
With Sia able to dilute further the current investor in project maybe they will cut their losses and sell out if they can to Sia ?
If Sia has more money at his disposal and contacts to invest then why would current investor risk being diluted and basically 'used' during the stages to production ? Maybe they realise the game plan here...
When I consider the play here I think theres some upside from this for sure.
This will play out well me thinks.
