I think it was a dire requirement for cash which drove the decision -it also reduces outgoings as well given expenditure requirements etc. In that light, a company facing being wound up is better off selling the future feedstock (and therefore paying a potentially higher price for feedstock in the future) but stays alive today.
Hats off to the mob n there now for keeping this one afloat. I thought it was gone 12+ months ago.
