    Yeah... take away their cash and for an Enterprise value of about 1m you have a company with the option to be worth upwards of $30m to %50m... IF (big IF)... they can get about 20m of financing.

    Gold is in an upward trajectory so I wouldn't be surprised if they could raise it; especially if it was part equity / debt I am sure i would put my hand up for some more
