If Arcare's experience with the product leads them to become a reference site for SIM, that would be highly beneficial to the Australian marketing programme (and pot. overseas too). Without the additional benefit such a relationship would bring (which isn't uncommon), Arcare is merely a customer - and a relatively small one at that.

Lets hope Karen has the influence to become the former, rather than the latter.
