From my short research of LNY under the current terms..

LNY makes money from 60% of gold produced of grades over 3.5g/t

The test pilot done in 2013/14 was 4200t at 11.3g giving a total 1500oz (this is low)

From LNY reserve information Sheerwood has ~90,000t at 6t/g which I believe they will be focusing on to ore.

Based on the above numbers my approx. calc below

90,000 x 2.5g/t = 225,000g

225,000g / 35oz = 6428oz

6428oz x 0.60 = 3857oz

3857 x 1800 = 6.9 million PROFIT
