Howdy everyone, following on from joe's comment re Treibels research team,

Frederic openly admits he out licensed IMP 701 and 731 to fund IMP321,

now "efti"......It has always interested me as to how Prima Biomed got to

takeover ImmutepSA.....To this day I still don't know the answer but a

suspicion I have is that it involved one Frederic Treibel....I reckon Marc

Voight offered him the opportunity to continue his research unhindered

whilst Marc and his crew would provide the funding......That's the reason

i believe Immutep will be avoiding T/O  and focusing on side deals so to

speak, to keep the motor purring.....AND, improving the value of the

company.....I still can't believe we got Immutep SA for for what now

seems a paltry $28M...
