lexiconfs, the approach so far seems to be one of progressively but methodically extending the drilling pattern radiating outwards from the the hole 94D which was the first very significant drill result for Whitewash South. This seems consistent with their earlier comment in another report that they are currently targetting the aerole ( the zone of molybdenum dispersion) around the mineralizing intrusion(s) which is at depth. So far so good, if the results keep coming in as they are and as they extend the drill pattern further we could have a seriously large deposit. In a recent report they alluded to Whitewash as starting to look like another Henderson Mine which was one of the worlds largest moly mines, located in North America. It was commented that both show "multiple intrusive events" which seems to be a requirement for generating world-class moly deposits.
I'm glad that they clarified in todays announcement that the drill numbering they use ie, 94, 95, 96 etc etc is not in the same order as they are actually drilling. I got a bit concerned recently when they skipped a few drill numbers in their reports as I thought maybe those skipped holes showed nothing, but they have put our minds at rest with the clarification in the last announcement. The "skipped" drill numbers have yet to be drilled. Obviously someone must have questioned management about that, and hence the clarification.
The main event still seems to be 300-400 metres south of the current drilling, but instead of wildcat drill holes they are proceeding with a methodical pattern of drill holes. WE just have to be patient and wait.
I also like the fact that many ( most) of the drill holes so far were still in mineralization at the final depth the drill stem could reach, and the fact that mineralization in many cases seem to commence near surface, which would simplify mine design
