The announcement you refer to was a Market Update covered by a disclaimer clause, as far as I know the information given in the Annual Report doesnt have a disclaimer.
The fact that something changed in the 12 days between the market update and the annual report which caused the expected date to move from early 2019 until June 2019.
And then why didnt they put out an announcement due to the delay and not just hide it away in the annual report
