Margaret63/others:   Some EMS/SUD holders by now have been waiting during about the last 8 years for an Artimist deal to happen...  
WHY do you expect that one to happen "soon"?!?
Moreover, even IF such a deal should/will happen during 2019 (which would be pleasing, of course) -  how do YOU arrive at such a deal being worth 25 million in cash ???   
Personally, I think EMS/SUD share-holders will be LUCKY to get back all the funds that EMS/SUD managements did PUT INTO Artimist over those many, many years, i.e. to the tune of about 12 - 15 million A$ (my estimate).
