The question may be, what do they want to achieve with anagrelide as an end result and why can't they communicate it...
1. Do they want to develop it to the required soluable levels, complete an in man trial ( ..circa 6-9 months??) ....and then flog it off to a pharma in the waiting?
2. Do they want to develop it, complete in man and then take it through a phase 2 trial (with additional funding...dunno perhaps Artimist proceeds)...and then flog off to a pharma (circa 12-18-24 months??)
3. whatever other options are available ?
these announcements would go best with conviction, explain an end game. To the average punter this is otherwise dead weight with cashburn attached.
perhaps potential Artimist proceed is the x factor that blocks the end game being visible ?
It's a serious project with massive potential one could conclude.
Give us the desired end game result Stevo !
