re: Ann: PGL: Progen Subsidiary Secures New M... Yeah i don't really give a hoot jeeper, just find the whole thumb thing mildly amusing. I like to give thumbs up to those who really make an effort to provide information and views (whether I agree or not), I guess I just get a bit lazy sometimes and don't bother. I know myself that there have been occassions where I have down-thumbed someone just because I disagree or just don't like their tone. I have decided from now on to only thumb up and not that I don't respect others comments, not down-thumb just because I don't like their view. Everyone deserves a thumbs up for providing a well constructed though-out view. Thumbs down to one line rampers or downrampers only.

I believe Hotcopper-wide that the thumbs up is used to ramp a stock or make it far more noticed. I have seen a number of times (a couple that I have been invested in) that have appeared at the top of the Hotcopper thumbs up list only to receive far more following forever more from that point on. It's an interesting psychology.

Anyway I'm probably digressing. Thumbs up to all :-)
