i think you may have missed my whole point-it ain't the rise in prices that is important.
who gives a crap if it falls by 50% from over supply of units and apartments.
the bottom line is that people have to live somewhere, so they downsize to units as this is all they can afford.
that is actually good for Reece!
ps- the reason that you are crapping yourself for want of a better word, is because of WES and BUK. they had much more experienced 'captains' than REH will ever have!
but credit where credit is due-you at least question the status quo and i applaud you for being independent.
