there will be no such thing as a housing downturn if you have a massive net influx of migrants year on year!
there may be a price adjustment, but that's only because the state government will always create supply greater than demand as a precautionary measure.
ps- it's not Ozland that is the problem for REH, but rather Morsco! that's why the real smart money sold out at over $12 and are now looking to buy back in at below $10 and that includes the only tipster with cred-ME!
you see, i am really concerned with Morsco and it's so called 'sucking up' to REH.
