Hi zeno.
It's been a while since he exited the CEO role and became Chairman. Sounds like he has an Exit Strategy - and I would expect him to. I daresay it would involve him ceasing to be indispensable (done) and then it's all about the $$$. With both the macros and micros of this business in good shape we could be getting to that exit point.
