No, nothing like an RC. There are a lot of major decisions in the pipeline.
In a few weeks the result of a court case involving Rex and a local council will be announced. It revolves around fees charged to Rex by a major council. The fees were precipitated by action that Qantas took. The decision will have far reaching effects.

3. Virgin will announce its further loss the next day.

Yes, I do have an interest (not pecuniary) in Rex, and Hazelton before that.
I have owned shares in both before, including the Rex IPO. But I sold out of Hazelton at $2.60, and Rex a long time ago. Last Rex sale was in September 2007 at $2.47. So I have done quite well from trading airline shares, but they are barge pole material for me now.
