These guys are a class act and run it like it is a private company , and if it is there own money .... funny enough I think board speak for around 70% so I guess it is !!!
I got all of mine in the super fund so yeah can wait it out. There is virtually no goodwill on balance sheet , property held on book way below market value.
No brainer if you can pick some up - which is the biggest challenge here. I have enough to make it worthwhile.
