Ann: Production Update, page-12

I am really at a loss as to why this Company's SP keeps getting held back. Similar continuing good announcements by other Goldies would see their SP rise significantly, if not double. The same thing seems to always happen here :- we get a good announcement, on opening the SP shows signs of breaking out, halfway through the day the momentum subsides and we return to the opening price. Its gonna happen again today and I cant understand it. This should be trading at 30c+.
