Yes I thought you would be interested loki. True it just brings forward production to the current gold price. I think the market has shown that it favours current production and conversion into cash more than keeping the good stuff in hope of higher gold prices. This is also economical rational in NPV terms. I guess to some extent they are speculating on higher gold prices if they elect to not mine reserves that are extractable (which they aren't at the moment due to trucking limitation).
